1. Product Representation

  • New Inventory: Ships directly from the manufacturer in original factory packaging.

  • Certified Used Dirt Bikes: These units were originally produced with minor factory errors. By purchasing, you acknowledge that these bikes have been professionally corrected and tested by our mechanics to ensure they meet or exceed factory performance standards.

  • Specifications: We provide features for every bike (e.g., Zongshen engines, cradle frames). While we strive for 100% accuracy, minor cosmetic variations may occur due to the manufacturer-direct shipping process.

2. Shipping & Fast Delivery

  • We aim for Fast Delivery within our 2026 logistics network. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location.

  • Bikes are typically shipped in crates. Final assembly is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. We recommend assembly by a professional mechanic to ensure safety.

3. Safety & Assumption of Risk

  • Dirt biking is an inherently dangerous sport. By purchasing a DIRT BIKE (including kid bikes) from , the buyer assumes all risk of injury or death.

  • Kid Bikes: Parents or guardians are solely responsible for supervising minors and ensuring they wear proper safety gear (helmets, pads, etc.) at all times.

4. Warranty & Returns

  • Standard Warranty: All bikes come with a 3-month manufacturer warranty covering factory defects.

  • Certified Used Guarantee: Our certified bikes carry the same warranty as new units, as they have been human-verified and stress-tested for reliability.

  • Returns: Due to the size and nature of DIRT BIKES, returns are generally not accepted once the bike has been fueled or ridden, except in cases of irreparable manufacturer defect.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the DIRT BIKE.
